The private beta is for evaluation, testing and feedback while VyperForge is still pre-release software.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Beta Software
VyperForge Beta is pre-release software provided for evaluation and testing purposes only. It may contain bugs, incomplete features or other issues that could affect performance or reliability.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that beta software should not be relied upon for production or business-critical environments.
VyperForge is intended for testing, evaluation and lab environments during the beta programme.
You are responsible for ensuring that appropriate backups exist before using the software.
3. Licence
Your beta licence is personal, non-transferable and may only be used by you.
The licence may expire automatically and may be revoked at any time.
Activation limits may apply.
4. Feedback
By participating in the beta programme, you agree that feedback, bug reports and feature suggestions may be used by VyperForge to improve the software without compensation.
5. Updates
Beta releases may be updated, modified or withdrawn without notice.
Features available in the beta may not appear in future commercial releases.
6. No Warranty
The beta software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No guarantee is made regarding availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyperForge shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the beta software.
8. Data Collection
When you register for the beta programme, we collect information such as your name, email address and intended use case for the purpose of administering the beta.
Beta participation requires diagnostic, reliability and usage telemetry. This may include licence validation events, app version, build version, anonymised machine hash, feature or operation names, execution outcomes, object counts, timings and error codes.
VyperForge also records anonymous app launch counts using a random installation identifier that is hashed before storage. This launch telemetry is used to understand active beta usage by app version and does not include your email address, licence key, machine name or machine hash.
VyperForge beta telemetry is used to understand executions, objects created, failures, compatibility issues and product quality during the beta programme. The beta is not intended to collect virtual machine names, customer data, scripts, credentials, file contents or raw business data through telemetry.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate beta access at any time without notice.
10. Acceptance
By registering for and using the VyperForge beta programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
